I have been a patient of Dr. Deskin's for several years. Dr. Deskin, along with this whole staff are a pleasure to be around. Dr. Dustin keeps a very clean, comfortable and professional Dentistry. I would consider myself someone who dreads visiting the dentist, but Dr. Deskin's approach to making people feel comfortable and listened to, takes that fear and apprehension away. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is in search of one.

Response from the owner:Helping someone who genuinely dreads the dentist feel comfortable and heard is one of the most rewarding compliments we can receive. Dr. Deskin understands that a little patience, a good conversation, and taking the time to listen can make a tremendous difference in how someone feels about dental care. We’re also happy to know that the welcoming atmosphere created by our whole team has been part of your experience over the years. Thank you for placing your trust in us and for recommending our practice to others!

I’m very grateful to the entire team for accommodating my mom and making us feel so comfortable. The staff was incredibly kind, respectful, and compassionate throughout the visit. Dr. Deskin was wonderful and took the time to answer all of our questions in detail, making sure we fully understood everything. We truly appreciate the care and professionalism we received and would highly recommend this dental office!

Response from the owner:It was truly our pleasure to care for your mom and to make the experience as comfortable as possible for both of you. Taking the time to listen, answer questions thoroughly, and make sure patients and their families feel informed and at ease is very important to Dr. Deskin and our entire team. We’re delighted that you felt the kindness and compassion we strive to bring to every patient interaction. Your recommendation is greatly appreciated!

Have been going to this location for decades. The staff are always very friendly and accommodating. So much so that we retained them as our family dentist even when we moved an hour and a half away.

Response from the owner:Decades of loyalty — and an hour-and-a-half drive — is a compliment that means more to us than we can say! It has been a privilege to care for your family over the years, and we’re incredibly appreciative that you’ve continued to choose our team even after moving so far away. Relationships like yours are a very special part of our practice, and we look forward to many more years together!

Everyone at the office is always incredibly warm and welcoming. They are always helpful and flexible when it comes to booking and ensure it works for my family. All the hygienists have been exceptional with my kids. Dr. D is patient and takes his time to explain treatment when required. We’ve moved since becoming patients and travel from an hour away to continue seeing the team!

Response from the owner:The fact that your family continues to make the hour-long trip to see us is an incredible compliment! We know how much trust parents place in us when caring for their children, so it’s especially rewarding to hear that our hygienists have made their experiences so positive. Dr. Deskin believes in taking the time to make sure patients understand their treatment and feel comfortable with their care, and our front desk team is always happy to work around busy family schedules whenever possible. We feel very fortunate that, even after your move, you continue to make Brantford North Dental your family’s dental home!

So many great things about this dental office to say! They are very accommodating to my schedule which can be hectic. I always get a reminder text which is extremely helpful. I’m always greeted with a warm smile and a Hi Dawn. The staff are all so kind and personable. I’ve had some bad experiences with dentists in the past so trust is a big issue for me. I can honestly say I trust Dr Deskin and his staff wholeheartedly. Dr Deskin is so skillful, knowledgeable, funny and charming to boot. He also has a ton of patience with me. The hygienist is very gentle and thorough. No matter who is working on my teeth they explain what they are doing each step of the way. My family and I have been going to Dr Deskin for many years now and would never even consider going anywhere else.

Response from the owner:We’re incredibly grateful for the trust you and your family have placed in our team over the years. Knowing that you feel genuinely welcomed, listened to, and comfortable in our care means so much — especially after having difficult dental experiences in the past. Dr. Deskin will certainly appreciate the compliments (especially the funny and charming part!), and our entire team will be thrilled to hear how much the little things, like remembering your name, working around your schedule, and explaining each step, have mattered. It’s a privilege to care for your family, and hearing that you wouldn’t consider going anywhere else is one of the greatest compliments we could receive!

Dr. Deskin and his team are fabulous. They all make me feel like I am part of their team. Welcoming me with smiles on every visit and making each visit as comfortable as possible. I would highly recommend them.

Response from the owner:We love hearing that you feel like part of the team — that’s exactly the kind of warm, personal atmosphere we want our patients to experience. Making every visit comfortable and welcoming is important to all of us, and we’re so pleased that comes through. Your recommendation means a great deal to our entire team!

I'm picky when it comes to dentists. When we moved to Brantford my wife signed on as a new patient at Brantford North Dental and told me that it was the most thorough new patient interview she's ever had. I signed on as a new patient, and Dr. Deskin was the first Dentist I've ever been to who's new patient exam consisted of a video call, and he was extremely thorough in his questions. Everyone at this office has been great. Andria at reception is always helpful navigating insurance, and appointments. She'll even take the time to break down insurance estimates, which I find insurance companies make more confusing than they have to be. Stacey is a great hygienist. She's thorough, and friendly, and gives me good advice. I've moved around to a lot of dentists over the years. It's hard to find one that I like, but I think I'll be sticking with this dental office.

Response from the owner:We have to admit, winning over someone who describes himself as picky about dentists feels pretty good! Dr. Deskin puts a great deal of importance on getting to know his patients before ever getting started, so we’re pleased that the thoroughness of your initial consultation stood out. Andria has become quite an expert at making sense of complicated insurance details, and Stacey will be very happy to know that you value both her care and her advice. Most of all, after trying a lot of dentists over the years, hearing that you think you’ve finally found one worth sticking with is a pretty terrific compliment. We’re very glad you and your wife found us!

I’ve been coming to this office since I was young. Dr. Deskin is an excellent Dentist. He does outstanding work, is fair & honest, very personable, reasonably priced and accommodating for payment options. The office staff are so kind & helpful . They always remember me by name. Also they’re always fitting me in last minute. I love the fast response time. I appreciate how they work with me and my busy schedule for booking appointments.I would highly recommend Brantford North Dental!

Response from the owner:Having someone continue to choose our office from childhood into adulthood is something we never take for granted. Dr. Deskin has always believed in being straightforward and fair with his patients, while finding ways to make needed dental care work within their individual circumstances. We also know how difficult it can be to fit appointments into a busy life, so our front desk team will be especially happy to hear that their efforts to squeeze you in and work around your schedule have made a difference. After all these years, of course we remember you by name! Thank you for continuing to put your trust in all of us at Brantford North Dental.

Response from the owner:There’s something very special about having the opportunity to care for an entire family over many years, and we feel fortunate to have done that for yours. Dr. Deskin will be happy to know that his combination of experience, gentle care and sense of humour has served him well! I had a wonderful experience at this dental office! The receptionists, Andria and Courtney, are always friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Dr. Deskin is incredibly thorough, has a fantastic personality, and really puts you at ease. Jennifer my hygienist was excellent—very gentle, yet extremely thorough. I hadn't been to the dentist in a few years, but the entire team made the experience comfortable and positive from start to finish. My kids are patients here as well, and they have had equally great experiences. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a caring and professional dental team!

Response from the owner:We’re so grateful for your thoughtful review! It’s wonderful to hear that every part of your family’s experience—from the warm welcome at the front desk to the care provided by Jennifer and Dr. Deskin—has been so positive. We know returning to the dentist after some time away can feel daunting, so we’re especially happy that our team helped make your visit comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you for trusting us with your family’s dental care and for your heartfelt recommendation!
