Important Info For All Temporary Dental Professionals Working At Our Office

Please note the following:

• Please park toward the back of the parking lot; it is a building policy to save spots closer to the building for patients.
• Come in the back door – we will be the second door on the left.
• We are a fragrance-free office so please refrain from wearing perfume, heavily scented soaps and lotions, etc.
• If you own black scrubs, please wear those. If not, no worries – just wear what you have but please make sure they are clean and stain-free.
• We can supply you with
  • N-95 or Level III mask (whichever you prefer)
  • Nitrile gloves
  • Gown (your choice – optional)
  • A face shield (your choice – optional)
• After your shift, please fill out our Temp Invoice Form to ensure that you get paid promptly and accurately.
• Please ONLY give a free manual toothbrush away to a patient if they ask for one. Otherwise, do not mention or volunteer one.
