Brenda wears many hats including that of Office Manager at her husband’s dental practice, Brantford North Dental. She is also an advocate for the well-being of people who have autism and developmental disabilities. She and Dr. Deskin are parents to two young men, the eldest of whom has Autism. Brenda is an animal lover and avid baker.
Mackenzie joined the BND team in 2012. She is a graduate of the Niagara College Dental Hygiene Program and the MasterClass Series, Restorative Techniques for Dental Hygienists at the University of Manitoba. She has extensive experience in dental restorations, soft tissue, periodontal debridement and treatment, as well as orthodontics and community health. In her spare time, Kenzie enjoys spending time with her husband, Phil, and their beautiful daughter and son.
Jenn grew up in Hamilton and completed the Dental Hygiene Program at Georgian College in 2004. After working in the KW area for 18 years, Jenn and her family decided to plant their roots in Brantford which led her to relocate professionally as well so she could work in the same community in which she lives. As a Dental Hygienist, Jenn’s goal is to help patients achieve a healthy smile through education and treatment, while at the same time ensuring their ongoing comfort and relaxation. In her spare time, she treasures spending time with her husband and two daughters, and also enjoys her alone time gardening and doing yoga.
Stacey originally graduated from Brock University with a degree in Community Health, which led her to pursue Dental Hygiene at Niagara College. Although she grew up in Hamilton, Stacey and her husband decided to put down roots in Brantford, where he has always worked for the city. Together, they are raising their three young children and enjoying life with their Cane Corso. Stacey and her family can often be found taking part in activities throughout the community. As a dental hygienist, she especially loves helping children have a positive dental experience. She brings compassion and empathy to every patient interaction and is passionate about encouraging patients of all ages to reach their full potential in oral health.
Andria is a multitasker at BND. She is a Level II Certified Dental Assistant so often pops up to the back to lend a hand. Andria has spent most of her life in Brantford. She graduated from Dental Assisting at Medix School in 2009, and has been working at Brantford North Dental since 2010. In her spare time, she enjoys shopping, traveling and reading, as well as spending time with her husband Dave, and her sons Matthew, Cullen and Emerson both at their Brantford home and their summer trailer.
Courtney is a seasoned Dental Administrator. When not working, she loves spending time up North at the family cottage. She enjoys reading, and trying new foods both in restaurants and that she cooks herself. Her best time is the time she spends with her husband, and their daughter.
Kirsten transitioned from personal support work into dentistry out of a genuine love for helping people feel confident in their smiles. An Anderson College graduate, she is dedicated to making every patient feel comfortable, relaxed, and warmly welcomed during their visit. When she isn’t keeping our patients smiling, Kirsten is a true outdoor enthusiast who loves camping, fishing, and making memories with her family in nature.
