CAVITY-FREE KIDS CLUB
We care about our younger patients’ dental health and want to do everything we can to help parents instill good dental health habits in their children. What better way to motivate kids than with exciting monthly draws for a different cool price of their choice.
IF you had NO CAVITIES at your last appointment in our office, fill out the Cavity-Free Kids Ballot to enter our monthly draw!
Here’s the scoop for all of our kids and young patients…
- Take care of your teeth at home by brushing and flossing regularly.
- Come in for dental check-ups and cleanings regularly.
- If you are cavity-free at a check-up, we’ll put your picture up on our special "Cavity-Free Kids Wall of Fame", PLUS Plus your name will be entered into our MONTHLY PRIZE DRAW!
- Once a month, we draw a winner who gets to come in and select one of our AWESOME PRIZES from our prize wall.
- So, remember to brush and floss to get your chance to win!
