Cancelling Appointments Booked Before Covid-19

Dear Patient,

I am pleased to let you know that we have now firmed up our opening date for July 20, 2020. The entire BND team is working hard to as always, provide you with the best of care in a safe environment.

Today we will begin contacting our patients to book appointments. This will be done in order of clinical priority, with our prioritization being based on each patient’s level of need and urgency, much like how a hospital emergency department “triages” who will be seen in what order.

For this reason, it is necessary for all appointments booked before the Covid-19 outbreak to be cancelled. More specifically, those appointments that were scheduled between now up to and including December 31, 2020 have all been cancelled in order to make room for those in urgent need. Therefore, if you or any of your dependents have any appointments booked from March 14 to December 31, 2020, please consider them to be cancelled. We will be in touch as soon as possible to rebook them.

If for some reason we have not contacted you by August 1st, please feel free reach out to us so that we may rebook you at a date and time that is convenient to you.
